My Background

I am Jack Record, a student at East Surrey College. I have a passion for technology and programming, and I am eager to learn and grow in this field, it has always been a passion of mine to work in this field.
I currently work part-time at Tech Medic, where I gain practical experience and enhance my skills.
Working at this job has let me gain lots of experience in the tech field and has helped me grow as a person and worker., it has also allowed me to get a part certification as an Apple Certified Technican via ATLAS

My Interests

I enjoy coding, exploring new technologies, and working on projects that challenge my skills
In my free time, i enjoy playing video games, listening to music, and catching up on the latest news and advancements in technology.

My Goals

My goal is to become a System Analyst or an IT support engineer, it has always been a dream of mine to work in IT.
At the current moment, i have 2.5 years of experience working in IT support and have gained a lot of knowledge and skills from this job, such as Customer service to a high degree, troubleshooting skills and problem solving skills.
